She provides comprehensive psychoeducational, ADHD, gifted, Autism, and social-emotional-behavioural assessments, along with individual therapy for children and youth. Emma’s therapeutic approach is warm, client-centred, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and play-based, expressive, and attachment-informed approaches. Within the last few years, she has completed training in CBT, DBT for Adolescents, as well as Green Stream: Foundations of Play Therapy through RMPTI. Emma values collaboration with caregivers and believes that caregiver-involvement, when appropriate, fosters meaningful and lasting progress. She strives, above all else, to create a supportive, engaging environment where young people feel understood, capable, and empowered to thrive.
