Careers

Are you looking for a rewarding career in psychology where you can make a real difference in people’s lives? Rocky Mountain Psychological Services (RMPS) is seeking experienced psychologists for counselling and assessment for our Calgary practice. Learn more about our careers below, and apply today!
We offer play therapy, counselling, assessment, and neurofeedback services for children, teens, and adults in Calgary. From play therapy to neurotherapy, we offer customisable services for long-term results. Our three-step approach entails assessment, implementation of a tailored plan, and results of that plan.
We’re looking for independent contractors. You can expect reliable working hours from an established company; the odds of getting your schedules filled might be better with our psychology practice.
You’ll be a part of a holistic team that offers constant professional and personal support. If you have a specific counselling background, you’ll be exposed to and learn more about assessment. Therapists who have more of an assessment background will learn more about counselling and interventions. In short, you’ll learn and grow, while helping others heal and prosper.
Our experienced team is here to lend guidance and support. With decades in the field of psychology services, you’ll be supported every step of the way by a knowledgeable and experienced team. And, for more experienced clinicians who are interested in also sharing their expertise, there are opportunities to mentor interns and provisional psychologists.
Our Calgary psychology practice offers an administrative staff who do booking and billing and all of the administrative needs of running a business. Thus, you’ll only have to worry about showing up and doing what you do best — working with clients. We take the stress of answering phones, paying bills, chasing after clients for payment, advertising, and all the rest of the headaches of being in business off your shoulders.
  • Flexible work hours
  • Provide case consultations
  • Set systems and processes that streamline your work
